3000FS - Uses Flashstream Programming Technology
BPM Microsystems has developed the Flashstream™ Flash Vector Programming System to specifically address production problems associated with large flash memories. If you are experiencing delays when programming NAND, NOR or serial flash devices with in-system, JTAG or in-circuit test, you need to evaluate Flashstream’s three production solutions to save time and money.
The Flashstream programs a 512Mb flash device at 12 times faster than our current flash programmer technology. The 512Mb NAND device cycles through functions of erase, program and verify of a random full data pattern in an amazing 15.4 seconds for four devices, while staying within manufacturer-specified programming requirements.
Vector Engine programming speed and the handling speed of the 3000FS, are combined to give the 3000FS the capability to produce a fully programmed 512Mb NAND Flash memory device every 3.4 seconds or 1,050 devices in an hour . Flashstream currently supports over 350 different Flash part numbers from such manufacturers Samsung, Intel, Spansion, ST Micro, Hynix, SST and Atmel.
